COVID-19 Update

Hello, everyone!

We’re pleased to advise you that Nelia’s Floral Design will be opening for casual hours starting May 5th, 2020 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders may be placed by appointment only and we will be offering no-contact flower delivery and curb-side pick-up.

Spring has arrived which means Mother’s Day just around the corner (May 10th). We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible by submitting an order request form or by calling Nelia at 416-829-5325.

We have answers to common questions being asked during this time.

 

How long can I postpone my event?

You can postpone your event until December 2021.

If I cancel my event, will I lose my deposit?

No, your deposit will apply to your new event date.

Can my deposit be used for a future event?

Yes, your deposit will apply to your postponed event.

How long in advance do I need to order my wedding/event flowers?

At least one month in advance.

If I cancel my event, will I lose my deposit?

Yes, most of the deposit is used to secure supplies (such as vases and materials), as well as the time spent preparing for your event, as stated in your contract.  However, any money that has not yet been used towards your event will be returned to you.  

 

 Please remember that other Florists / Event Planner’s deposit policies may differ from Nelia’s Floral Design.
